Activating your EastESIM is a straightforward two-step process:
- Installation (Before Your Trip): Scan the QR code that was sent to your email. You can do this by going to Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM. For convenience, we suggest completing this step at home or at the airport while you have Wi-Fi access.
- Activation (Once You Arrive): Upon landing at your destination, simply choose your EastESIM line as your primary "Mobile Data" source. It's crucial to then turn ON "Data Roaming" within your phone settings for the new eSIM to establish a connection. Please note: Your data plan's validity period only commences when you successfully connect to the network at your destination.
